I. Pad Printing Machines and Their Applications

    An pad printer is a machine that employs the pad‑transfer printing process.

   The so‑called pad printing process involves transferring the design and text to be printed onto a positive film. “ Imaging ” On a steel plate, an intaglio relief with a certain depth is etched. The plate is mounted on an ink fountain; during operation, the machine automatically applies ink and scrapes away the excess ink outside the image area. Subsequently, the offset printing blanket (referred to as the blanket) presses against the intaglio plate, picks up the ink from the image areas, and transfers it onto the substrate.

   Pad printers are widely used in the production of daily necessities, toys, writing instruments, electronics, electrical appliances, plastics, leather, metals, glass, and light… Industries such as industrial and food packaging.
