I. Pad Printing Machines and Their Applications
An pad printer is a machine that employs the pad‑transfer printing process. The pad‑transfer method involves transferring the desired image and text onto a substrate via a positive‑type film. “ Imaging ” On a steel plate, an intaglio relief with a certain depth is etched. The plate is placed in an ink fountain; during operation, the machine automatically applies ink and scrapes away the excess ink outside the design. Subsequently, the offset printing blanket (referred to as the blanket) presses against the intaglio plate, picking up the ink from the image area and transferring it onto the substrate.
Pad printers are widely used in the production of daily necessities, toys, writing instruments, electronics, electrical appliances, plastics, leather, metals, glass, and light… Industries such as industrial and food packaging.
