I. Pad Printing Machine and Its Applications

     A pad printing machine is a machine that uses a mobile transfer printing method for printing.

    The so-called pad printing method is to transfer the pattern and text to be printed through a positive film “ Imaging ” on a steel plate, etched into an engraved plate with a certain depth, the engraved plate is placed on the ink tray, the machine automatically inks and scrapes off the ink outside the pattern during operation, and then the pad printing head (referred to as the pad) presses against the engraved plate to remove the pattern ink and transfer it to the object to be printed.

Pad printing machines are widely used in daily necessities, toys, pen making, electronics, electrical appliances, plastics, leather, metals, glass, light industry and food packaging industries.
