Double-pass servo screen printing machine

Main Performance:

1. Vertical structure, screen adopts vertical lifting SMC cylinder, printing head adopts electric drive for left and right movement.

2. Single-chip control, printing and screen lifting adopt independent drive sources.

3. Pneumatic control for printing knife holder lifting, photoelectric eye controls stroke, independent adjustment.

4. Sets three modes: manual/semi-automatic/fully automatic, printing interval time is digitally controlled.

5. Independently designed squeegee/ink return knife lifting device, convenient for squeegee/ink return knife, screen loading and unloading, and screen cleaning.

Configuration Description:

1. Machine control adopts IC single-chip control.

2. Circuit adopts IC single-chip control, Zhengtai AC contactor, Taiwan Yangming photoelectric switch.

3. Printing adopts Taiwan Licheng Motor , dual-frequency conversion control drive.

4. Printing lifting/printing squeegee, ink return knife lifting cylinder adopts SMC pneumatic component control.

5. Left and right horizontal scraping adopts Taiwan-made HIWIN precision linear guide rail.

6. Printing platform adopts cast aluminum suction material worktable.

7. Worktable front and rear runways adopt SMC running 。

8. Randomly delivered accessories: Squeegee /ink return knife, two sets each; one toolbox; one instruction manual; one foot pedal.
