6-station rotary screen printing machine

Main Performance:

1. Vertical lifting structure, screen vertical lifting uses brand electric, print head left and right movement uses electric drive.

2. Screen lifting and printing lifting process uses independent drive source, coordinated movement, stable and adjustable speed.

3. The machine uses a PLC control system.

4. Variable frequency motor drives the printing knife holder, photoelectric eye controls the stroke, independent adjustment.

5. Three modes are available: manual/semi-automatic/fully automatic, printing interval time is digitally controlled.

6. Taiwan-made lifting integrated reducer drives the screen up and down, smooth movement.

7. Left and right screen clamping arm installation distance adjustment setting, convenient adjustment.

       10.  High-speed turntable high-precision screen printing uses a Taiwan mechanical cam indexing device combined with a high-strength rotating platform.

13 . The table is equipped with X, Y precision fine-tuning handles, accurate positioning of front and rear, left and right movement, convenient color registration, and strong self-locking.
