Main Performance:

1. Vertical lifting structure, screen vertical lifting adopts Taiwan AirTAC cylinder drive, left and right printing adopts American Parker rodless cylinder drive.

2. Screen lifting and printing lifting process adopts independent drive source, coordinated action, stable and adjustable speed.

3. The machine adopts IC control system.

4. Variable frequency motor drives the printing knife holder, photoelectric eye controls the stroke, and independent adjustment.

5. Three modes are available: manual/semi-automatic/fully automatic, and the printing interval time is digitally controlled.

6. Taiwan-made lifting integrated reducer drives the screen up and down, with smooth operation.

7. Convenient adjustment of the screen clamp arm installation distance setting.

8. Independently designed head lifting device, convenient for ink scraper/return knife, screen loading and unloading, and screen cleaning.

9. The angle of scraping and inking can be adjusted, with pneumatic automatic synchronous off-screen function.

10.  Tabletop settings X, Y precision fine-tuning handles, accurate positioning of front, back, left, and right movement, convenient color registration, and strong self-locking. 。
