Main Performance:

1. Lifting uses a precision screw rod driven by a Taiwan Delta servo motor, and the left and right sides use precision linear guides driven by a Taiwan Delta servo motor.

2. Printing transmission uses a Delta servo motor, with smooth operation and precise positioning to ensure printing accuracy.

3. The machine uses a Japanese Panasonic PLC control system. It can realize automatic, semi-automatic, and manual printing according to printing requirements.

4. The machine uses Taiwan SATF linear guides for smooth and quiet operation.

5. The doctor blade and ink return blade up and down cylinders use Japanese SMC. The doctor blade and ink return blade switching uses precision guide rail guidance to ensure vertical accuracy and smooth operation.

6. The screen frame clamp has an adjustable four-corner structure, which can ensure that the screen is level with the worktable, facilitating correction and ensuring uniform ink thickness.
