1. Vertical lifting structure, screen vertical lifting adopts electric, printing head left and right movement adopts electric drive.

2. Screen lifting and printing lifting process adopts independent drive source, the action is coordinated, the speed is stable and adjustable.

3. The machine adopts PLC control system.

4. Variable frequency motor drives the printing knife frame, photoelectric eye controls the stroke, and independent adjustment.

5. Three modes are available: manual/semi-automatic/fully automatic, and the printing interval time is digitally controlled.

6. Taiwan-made lifting integrated reducer drives the screen up and down, the action is stable.

7. Left and right screen clamp arm installation distance adjustment setting, easy to adjust.

8. Independently designed head lifting device, convenient for ink scraping knife/return oil knife, screen loading and unloading, and screen cleaning.

9. The angle of scraping and inking can be adjusted, with pneumatic automatic synchronous off-screen function.

 10.  Tabletop Setting X, Y precision fine-tuning handle, accurate positioning of front, back, left, and right movement, convenient for color registration, and strong self-locking.
