1. Printing device:

Ink scraping and ink back are mainly used to realize silk screen printing. The squeegee system and the ink return system are generally installed on the squeegee carriage so that they can alternately rise and fall in reciprocating motion to realize the squeegee and ink return actions respectively.

2. Transmission device:

The transmission device mainly includes a motor, an electromagnetic clutch, a reducer, and a speed regulating mechanism.

3. Drying device:

There are two kinds of drying devices, namely, infrared electric heating tube hot air drying and ultraviolet curing drying device.

4. Printing plate device:

When the screen printing plate is used in the screen printing machine, it must be fixed. The fixing is mainly on the printing plate device, so as to realize the lift-off or horizontal lifting. The printing plate device mainly includes: a printing plate holder, a printing plate lifting mechanism, a plate adjustment mechanism, and a net lifting compensation mechanism.

5. Electrical control device:

The electrical control device includes work cycle control, scraper position control, and air pressure control.
